The accommodation services are provided on the basis of a prior reservation by phone or by e-mail and within 3 days after payment of the reservation fee of 20% of the agreed amount of services to the account LT82 7300 0100 3845 9662 (SWEDBANK), beneficiary EDITA BALČIŪNIENĖ.

The remaining amount is payable on arrival at the homestead or by bank transfer 3 days prior to arrival.

The procedure for the provision of services is subject to change by agreement between the parties, the terms of which must be described in a durable medium (sms, e-mail). The customer has the right to cancel the agreed purchase of accommodation and not to pay the booking fee.
